What you'll be doing
- As a financial consultant, this position will combine entrepreneurial opportunity with the structure and resources for room-to-grow offered by a large company. In this role, candidate will identify the financial needs of the customers and recommend the company products and services to meet those needs. The incumbent will use sales experience, product and procedural knowledge, and willingness to consultatively guide customer issues toward quick resolution. As a competitor, company is committed to market leadership in products, technology, and service. It mean applicant will be backed by state-of-the-industry software, call-desk support, and training resources. The financial consultant will report to the branch manager.
What your background should be
- A qualified candidate with 12 months of cash handling experience is required. Prior experience in being evaluated by customers is preferred. Incumbent with 2 years of customer service experience in a financial service, sales, or retail industry is preferred. S/he should have demonstrated ability to cross-sell products and services. This position should have excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner, strong written and verbal communication skills, and solid technical and computer skills including the ability to work in windows based applications.
