Financial Center Customer Service Manager

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for achieving all strategic goals within the financial center, which includes the oversight of inside sales and service management, personal production goal achievement, and operational risk management. Ensures all employees are properly trained and able to refer prospects/clients to other bank products and services. In addition, hires, coaches and monitors employees, monitors service levels, implements staffing model and responds to more complex client complaints and questions. Assists in ensuring the financial center is in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Works closely with regional sales manager and regional operations manager to achieve sales and service objectives and maintain operational integrity. Others duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Knowledge of the banking industry, branch operations, compliance, regulations, policies, procedures and products. Strong customer service, relationships building, sales and supervisory skills. Ability to handle various client concerns and problems. Ability to handle branch staffing and operations issues. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of computer programs, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets etc. 2+ years related banking including supervisory and customer service management experience.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree.
