What you'll be doing
- Performs research and monthly reviews of LOB expenses, FTEs and cost allocations for purposes of ongoing rate maintenance and impact analysis. Consistently monitors LOB organizational and product changes as well as other changes that may impact LOB cost allocations. Identifies potential opportunities to improve and enhance current costing methodologies and operational efficiencies. Develops and maintains effective business relationships with the finance analysts that support assigned LOBs. Assists in the preparation of materials used to deliver ABC results and participates in the presentations of results to senior and executive management. Creates ad-hoc reports and other analyses as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience is required. Must have strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives. Practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and database management; proficiency in common desktop business applications and proficiency with financial software applications such as MS access and Hyperion Essbase preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
