Field Operations Manager

What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the assigned warehouse or business. Supervise and direct the work of two or more delivery technicians. Assist with interviewing, hiring, field training, counseling, and disciplinary action, up to and including termination of delivery technicians and warehouse employees. Placement and pickup of product to customers, inventory tracking, and routine maintenance/replacement of product. Paperwork for billing, tracking of product for inventory and completion of bed rounds for service and cleaning. Maintain business relationships with a variety of customers/clients. Deliver product to the end user and set up the product for use.
What your background should be
- The applicant should have personnel management experience. Strong ability to thrive during changing environment. Must possess excellent time management skills. Warehouse/logistic experience. MS Office Suites capable, particularly Excel, Word, MS Outlook. Expertise-based problem solving. Pro-active, problem solving orientation.
