Facilities Construction Manager

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for full spectrum of facilities, program, and project management support necessary to plan, evaluate, construct, and maintain CBPs BPFTI PMO projects and real property to include projects being designed and constructed, this role will support the border patrol sector based FM&E facility managers, who is part of the facilities division. Assist in the management, control, coordination, and execution of projects involving complex and long term leasing, space acquisition, and/or construction management. Provide expertise in technical analysis and developing technical papers, briefings, and performance predictions. Create, maintain, and report on construction schedules support may include assistance in developing and reviewing statements of work (SOW), statements of objectives (SOO) and performance work statements (PWS), and developing acquisition strategies and evaluation criteria. Assist the BPFTI program managers in managing and coordinating acquisition activities that may consist of monitoring required procurement timelines and milestones, assisting in the preparation and development of all acquisition documentation, acquisition program documents, plans, and performance measures, and providing advice and assessments throughout the acquisition process.
