What you'll be doing
- The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and management of the company according to the strategic direction sot by the board of Directors. The essential job function is to identify, assess, and inform the board of directors of internal and external issues that affect the company. It is the duty of the Executive Director to develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization. The position holder will also oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services, and monitor daily delivery of the services of the company to maintain or improve the quality standards.
