What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for overall operations of a given location or locations. The client is seeking a strong leader with hospice experience who can grow the business in the service areas. This opening is a permanent, full-time responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clinical operations, business development and census growth, financial control, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and all state and federal regulatory standards and all other areas of general business operations management. Position with an excellent salary, incentive compensation based upon production and company benefits that would expect from a large corporation.
What your background should be
- Three years of hospice management experience, regional or multi-site experience a plus. Only those candidates with health care management experience will be considered. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and excellent customer service skills.
