What you'll be doing

This position involves coordinate details of events and calculate budgets. Events Coordinator will select chefs or catering companies to prepare food for event, select dishes for menus and visit venue to plan layout of sitting. It is the role of the Events Coordinator to develop and oversee fundraising events and prepare presentations. The ideal candidate will be accountable for scheduling speakers, vendors, and participants. The position holder will make sure that all the requirements are fulfilled within the budget and given time. To keep inventory of backdrops; projectors; computers and other display materials, is the job function for this post.
