What you'll be doing
- Event Coordinator's duties will be supervise all logistics related to speaking engagements and communicate comprehensive event information to all parties. The person will assist with screening campaigns and coordinating special events, which are designed to maximize public awareness of, and commitment to, company's mission. Event Coordinator will be chargeable for assisting travel arrangements for events with speakers and hosts, and handling travel invoicing following events and compile receipts. In addition, Event Coordinator will make sure that all payables and receivables are forwarded to the appropriate parties for timely payment and deposit.
