Enterprise SDR Manager

What you'll be doing
- Ensure successful hiring, on-boarding, training, development and production of SDR team through: use hiring practices to help identify and hire strong candidate. Mandate completion of company onboarding training. Run effective 1:1 weekly meetings with team members. Conduct weekly trainings and team meetings. Diagnose and course correct outlier performance. Use all standardized salesforce.com and domo reports to manage team performance. Make recommendations to sales leadership on opportunities for productivity enhancements. Listen in on SDR calls to provide real-time coaching. Help formulate SDR best practices training modules for implementation. Develop SDR business acumen and professionalism. Ensure effective distribution of inbound leads. Manage territory assignments and SDR to EAE alignments to maximize collaboration effectiveness. Help create and manage domino lists for SDR.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1-5 years of management experience, preferably managing enterprise sales development reps. High level of proficiency in strategic prospecting to enterprise level companies. Extensive working knowledge of salesforce.com along with report generation and performance analysis. Prefer candidate in dynamic, rapid growth environments.
