What you'll be doing
- As an employment manager for the company, you'll serve as a steward for talent, finding human resource solutions to achieve operational objectives. In this important role, you'll lead management training and provide consultation and support on human resources issues and programs. You'll also ensure the implementation of human resource systems and coordinate policies and practices for company rehabilitation facilities in multiple locations. Your supervision and recommendations will help keep company employees the best, brightest and most satisfied in the industry. Nowhere else will your hard and meaningful work make such an immediate and immeasurable impact than as an employment manager at the company.
What your background should be
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a healthcare recruiter. Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends. Must have experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices. Ability to travel is required. Must have familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, speech-language pathology. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must be able to communicate effectively with corporate and field management preferred. Must be able to meet deadlines under stressful conditions, develop/operate within an advertisement budget and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information. Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.
