What you'll be doing
- Analyze client business requirement for CRM, work with tech lead to perform fit gap analysis and present functional solution. Bridge between business and IT and guide development team on requirement and functional aspect. Develop test scenario, review and evaluate test case for completeness and accuracy and perform functional test of the implement CRM system. Assist business SME on user acceptance test. Prepare end user training material. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from requirement and CRM functional perspective. Perform other duty as assigned.
What your background should be
- 7-10 years working experience. Experience with banking and financial services a plus. Excellent experience in working with business stakeholder and SME in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements including reporting and interface requirements. Excellent experience in documenting use cases, business rules, business process workflows and high level wire frames. Experience in maintaining requirement traceability matrix. Excellent communication, documentation and articulation skills including giving presentations and demo to business and IT. Experience of functional analysis, gap fit analysis and functional support.
