What you'll be doing
- Main responsibilities of the job are to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with the company's desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices, working within strict timescales and escalating incidents as appropriate. The post holder will also respond to service calls from remote users, monitor systems and identify performance issues, and manage the inventory of devices in a centralized database.
What your background should be
- 2-4 years of working experience in related fields.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent. May hold 2 year post-High School Degree in a technical field or a Bachelor's Degree.
