What you'll be doing
- Lead shifts every week, make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Manage assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up and report results back to their team and other managers. Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures. Include new items that are added to company's menu. Hire qualified crew, train them well and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Get off to a good start at the restaurant.
What your background should be
- Knowledge of good customer service practices in order to interact with the company's customers. Verbal and written communicating skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate a personal computer and job related software at a basic level.
