What you'll be doing
- The department coordinator is responsible to work within the QC warehouse and support the inspection and shipping teams. Help with general administration needs such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and e-mail. Enter shipping inspection data into oracle database. Create certification for customer orders. Verify customer purchase orders against warehouse pick slips for ship address, part numbers, and quantity and certification requirements. Handle all concern company requests for QC shipping with regard to computer issues, rights issues, computer equipment, and all other concern company issues. Handle all Microsoft Outlook meeting scheduling for QC shipping.
What your background should be
- Minimum 2 years of material handling/warehouse experience. Familiar with the responsibility of working within an ISO 9001 managed and FAA regulated working environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook). Strong attention to detail, requires minimal supervision and is comfortable working in a face paced, professional warehouse environment.
