What you'll be doing
- The data entry specialist will be responsible for the data keying of checks, remittance and input information into the computer system-processing platform. Specific responsibilities will include the following: data keying of client checks and invoices, verifying negotiability of checks through customer specific instructions for all processing credit card orbital data entry. Additional responsibilities may include validating quality of images and other functions as needed. Although this associate will have individual responsibilities, you will expect to contribute to meeting the team's goals.
What your background should be
- A qualified candidate with remittance processing or bank operations experience preferred. Ability to complete multiple manual and automated tasks per transaction. Basic PC skills and Microsoft applications knowledge. Able to key minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour. Alpha/numeric attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination is required.
