What you'll be doing
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting store and corporate personnel with hardware and software application problems over the phone. Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer services. Monitoring for system and software application alerts and identify appropriate actions and taking appropriate actions when and where needed, and resolving problems for computer systems which require interacting with service vendors and other information systems associates. Maintain broad knowledge about companies products and services.
