What you'll be doing
- Manager will be responsible for supervising a 24/7 call center for a mission critical facility. Oversee trouble call submission from site customers via email/and or phone and entering work order tickets utilizing product service & catalog and maximo. Generate work order receipt notifications, completion notifications and weekly reports using maximo. Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures. Responsible for overseeing the custodial sub-contractor to ensure all Statement Of Work (SOW) requirements are met. Work with sub-contractor to identify efficiencies and quickly address discrepancies. Conduct random building and billeting room inspections. Review and approve monthly invoice.
What your background should be
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be eligible for a government security clearance.
