What you'll be doing

Manager will be responsible for supervising a 24/7 call center for a mission critical facility. Oversee trouble call submission from site customers via email/and or phone and entering work order tickets utilizing product service & catalog and maximo. Generate work order receipt notifications, completion notifications and weekly reports using maximo. Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures. Responsible for overseeing the custodial sub-contractor to ensure all Statement Of Work (SOW) requirements are met. Work with sub-contractor to identify efficiencies and quickly address discrepancies. Conduct random building and billeting room inspections. Review and approve monthly invoice.

What your background should be

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be eligible for a government security clearance.
