What you'll be doing

Seeking customer service representatives for high bonus potentials and their duties will be contact potential customers who have not completed loan process. Answer inbound calls, chats and resolve customer issues. Convert leads into completed loan applications. Apply a professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers. Evaluate consumer loan applications in accordance with industry and business unit standards. Research and provide solutions to clients, ensuring a positive service experience. Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

What your background should be

Must be have call centre experience, solid job stability, interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change, ability to listen through a situation and think on your feet, live chat experience is a plus, proven computer skills required; word processing, data entry, internet, spreadsheets, Inside sales a plus.
