What your background should be
- Each applicant for the Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements regarding the level of professionalism: - Two years of professional experience on a call centre is a must have for every candidate. - Availability to work on week-ends. - Four year Degree is strongly desired. - High level of responsibility and professionalism required.
