Customer Service Representative

What you'll be doing
- Order processing, enter new orders in SAP with efficiency (1 priority). Manage orders from order entry to shipment. Assist US10 entity on expediting continuous improvement process (order issues). Assist finance team with information related to given account ODC100. Provide price and availability on all items excluding shape cutting systems (plasma, controller, torch height control inside sales to quote for sales opportunity). Assist non conformance team with RMA log VOC for client company. Communicate all information from companies customers to customer service. Supervise to streamline and improve companies processes. Process international orders. Process shipping requirements. Ensure proper compliance activities on international orders. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service. Excellent knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience a plus. Excellent phone and communication skills. Experience with multiple phone line management. Must have experience working successfully in a team environment. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Identify performance shortfalls and suggest improvement. Understand and apply the fundamentals of systematic waste elimination. Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns in a professional manner.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate degree.
