What you'll be doing

Serve the candidate via phone with use of a computer, meeting or exceeding management's goals, work well as part of a team, and maintain a professional demeanor. Empathize with the candidate, demonstrate personal motivation and maintain a high energy level. Interface with candidate or client or testing site in a professional manner to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. Answer calls within management standards, consistently deliver quality call handling and meet established metric or goals. Process applications received by post accurately and within the required quality and productivity targets, Maintain punctuality and attendance within company guidelines. Attend required training sessions to improve performance, learn about new clients and develop professionally.

What your background should be

2-3 years of customer service work experience. Excellent verbal communication skills, good written skills. Dependable and reliable. Good interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills. Sympathetic to people's problems. Flexible good PC skills in a Windows based environment (including MS Office, Word etc.).

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma.
