What you'll be doing
- Work with customers to resolve escalations. Work with order review team located in Costa Rica to resolve and handle customer escalations. Coordinate schedules and work of customer relations team associates in Boise location. Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of customer order issues and satisfaction concerns. Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follow established guidelines and interpret policies. Evaluate unique circumstances and take action or make recommendations to resolve. Work cross functionality to improve processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Typically 1+ years of experience in a customer service or fraud analyst role. Able to handle escalated situations with poise and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient, great organizational skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree.
