Customer Experience Solution Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and technical marketing to inform the creation of next generation customer experience solutions. Create high-impact customer presentations targeted at C-level executives. Create marketing assets to train and enable sales and partners to optimize solution selling. Create customer-facing content that effectively conveys the company unique value proposition. Shape how the solutions and offers are represented online. Influence key stakeholders in field marketing, corporate marketing and partner marketing to create effective go-to-market campaigns.
What your background should be
- At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a high tech role, with focus on customer experience solutions. Experience in one or more of the following domains: Omni-channel customer experience and marketing, call center solutions, business analytics, workflow and task management. Deep understanding of networking technology a plus. Must have good communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
