What you'll be doing
- Assist customers with selection, availability, and shipping information while accurately obtaining and entering information necessary to complete the order. Implement learned sales techniques and sales aids with all customers. Promote customer relations with a positive empathetic response while providing solutions and realistic action plans when a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase/service. Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures affecting customer service, sales, and order processing. Assist customers and retail sales associates with inquiries regarding VIP accounts including points balance, rewards issuance and redemption and sales history. Troubleshoot with customers experiencing difficulty placing online orders or logging into online accounts. Process returns and exchanges. Answer customer inquiries via email. Assist with VIP help tickets including points adjustments, merging VIP. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
What your background should be
- Previous call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal, listening, speaking and writing communication skills Computer usage skills, including: keyboarding, data entry, and menu driven software. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet basics helpful. Pass the background screening process.
