What you'll be doing
- Manages customer care coordinator (CCC) daily activities. Manages seating technician daily activities. Recruits, hires, trains, disciplines and terminates CCC or seating technicians as needed. Assesses competency, capacity and performance of CCC or seating technicians. Assures CCC or seating technicians are effectively supporting the needs of ATP within the branch or location. Assures CCC or seating technicians effectively manage OIP through OIP meetings or delivery planning process. Assures that CCC or seating technicians maintain effective relationships with referrals and customers. Assures that CCC or seating technicians can work effectively with other staff or departments to move orders in a timely and accurate fashion. Works with AM to balance load of OIP to maintain order processing efficiency.

- Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities. Strong ability to assess ability and capacity of staff. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of order process. Knowledge of funding and payer requirements.
