Corporate Third Party (IT) Risk Lead

What you'll be doing
- Corporate third party risk lead is responsible for comprehensive risk assessment, ops risk control assesement, supplier operational risk assessment, quality assurance of assessment processes, integrate application security assessment into the TPO program, phoenix replacement program, TPO 2.0 and 3.0, usage for critical activities, investigations into risk issues, OCC (and other regulator) updates, review of alternates, design of solutions, external awareness. This position also coordinates LOB risk managers to ensure proactive third party incident response, follow up, escalation, reporting and lessons learned. Monitors regional execution of third party risk processes. Monitors and acts upon gathered key performance data and provides periodic feedback to LOB risk partners to ensure quality. Supports the LOBs in assessing ongoing third party risk. Escalates issues associated with third parties as needed. Regularly collaborates with business partners on potential program improvements. Assists with various third party program initiatives working closely with the third party management lead.
What your background should be
- Proven senior manager with at least 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, risk management, audit, operations or a sourcing/third party management function. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead discussions and meetings. Worked on a large scale program in a complex organization. Strong analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. Excellent organizational skills. Risk management/audit industry certification (such as CISSP, CISA,CRISC, etc.) a plus.
