What you'll be doing

Represent the voice of support at relevant business capability forums. Utilize management information to drive service improvements and service risk mitigation activities. Ensure complex incidents are being managed appropriately (fulfill the incident owner role if necessary). Oversee strategic partner support groups and ensure appropriate day to day operations in line with TR processes. Intelligent information is a unique synthesis of human intelligence, industry expertise and innovative technology that provides decision-makers with the knowledge to act, enabling them to make better decisions faster. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Proven capability and experience in application support management preferably at an enterprise level. Strong organizational and conflict management skills. Strong people management skills and experience. Strong IT governance and standards experience.

Required Schooling / Training

High school degree.
