Corporate Product Trainer

What you'll be doing
- Develop product training material for all company brands products, as required to maximize dealer mind share, support current marketing efforts and enhance both internal & external understanding of product in their sales efforts. Work with product engineering, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction departments in the development of training and marketing programs, materials and curriculum. Travels as assigned to assist in meetings, video shoots, customer site visits, trade shows, vendor meeting, and dealer visits. Complete competitive walk-a rounds, and work with product engineering to perform company & competitive product performance testing; analyze results to find ways to sell against the competition. Assist in the development of sales training packages by product line. Keep training packages updated as products change and enhancements are added. Maintain and update as necessary, video (YouTube) and on-line training programs for product training. Support new product launches or product enhancements and provide necessary training materials and updates. Support the maintenance and upkeep of company on-line training site & communicate product bulletins including new company (customer requested product enhancements) when necessary.
What your background should be
- Minimum 3 years of training experience within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 1 year of experience in dealer training initiatives and programs. Experience with product content development.
