What you'll be doing
- Manage existing account, to ensure ongoing support and repeat catering sale. Create and utilize on ongoing prospect list, in order to ensure incremental growth. Work closely with assigned regional team, to uncover and pursue additional business for the region. Work closely with local catering coordinator, to stay abreast of client, trend and lead opportunities. Utilize outlook calendar as well as other online resource to maximize organization, game plan and follow up. Promptly follow up on all customer call and request in an efficient and expedient manner. Represent themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Maintain a service focused approach and a caring and sincere attitude at all time.
What your background should be
- Minimum two to five years of outside sale experience, preferably corporate and social group sale within a restaurant or hotel or pharmaceutical industry. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Superior cold calling and presentation skill. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively meet all deadline. Result oriented individual that can work effectively with limited supervision. Proven track record of success.
