What you'll be doing
- Facilitates process innovation, planning, analysis and other initiatives for the corporate account organization and business divisional support. Drives continuous improvement and quantitatively and qualitatively improve process, quality and service across all divisions. Proven experience in accounting and finance processes and strong background in accounting and finance theory. Establishes and manages systems for right first time performance and incorporates this philosophy in the continuous improvement teams. Directs the implementation of solutions to solve root cause problems. Sets expectations, tracks and communicates results and creates environment for accountability for results and actions. Develops and manages process improvement implementation, undertaking operational assessments, liaising with directors and process stakeholders, designing enterprise processes and training teams on improved processes.
What your background should be
- 5+ years in a corporate accounting and finance background. SAP or a major ERP experience. Hands on working knowledge of accounting processes, controls and GAAP/IFRS. Background in process governance experience. Articulate and approachable with the ability to adjust team dynamics. Demonstrated background in project management. Experience in executing large scale improvement or driving change initiatives and you will have previous experience in quality management. Demonstrated knowledge of business process review, improvement and re-engineering process and procedures. Strong operational experience and the ability to see the big picture.
