Compensation & People Insight Analyst

What you'll be doing

Proactively evaluate effectiveness of compensation programs; participate in and analyze salary surveys, economic and wage projection trends; conduct analyses and suggest recommendations on salary budgets, program changes, enhancements and annual salary structures. Collaborate with HR team and leaders to assign and maintain job levels, job families and ensure consistency in position titles and offers. Research or audit internal client issues (market competitiveness, pay inequity, etc.) and responds to requests in a timely manner. Provide expertise and guidance on company compensation programs to recruiters, leaders, BX (HR) partners; educate and advise on pay strategies and compensation practices. Lead the bi-annual compensation cycle (base pay and equity) and sales compensation cycle (OTE). Implement and extend compensation functionality, reporting and analytics in workday. Ensure compliance with FLSA and H1-B prevailing wage. Prepare special studies or recommendations regarding incentive compensation, bonus plans and stock plans. Provide insight to leaders through people analytics and reports. Partner with BX team and leaders to ensure the design and development of dashboards and reports meet the evolving needs of the business.

What your background should be

Minimum 5+ years of design oriented compensation experience ideally in a high tech, high growth environment. Significant knowledge and understanding of talent and rewards programs and processes. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional client relationship skills. Strong analytical skills. The ability to synthesize data and develop insights. Strong excel skills. Strong knowledge of the Radford high tech survey. Collaborative mindset.
