What you'll be doing

Sources and develops qualified client prospects by identifying and utilizing referral sources, outside calling, networking and existing clients. Partners with business lines to cross-sell products and services that meet the clients needs. Generates loans that maintain an acceptable level of performance and credit quality. Coordinates and participates in internal negotiations on credit structure and pricing. Presents and negotiates client acceptance of approved terms and conditions. Oversees document origination, negotiation, closing and funding. Services and manages existing clients. Oversees exceptions, delinquencies, NSFS and upcoming maturities. Assists with the training of relationship assistants.

What your background should be

Five years of experience as a commercial relationship manager, underwriter or similar position and three years of experience of business development within the financial services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
