What you'll be doing
- Utilize a blend of business acumen, professional performance skills and integrity within the marketplace to drive business results. Promote companies products to healthcare professionals, with the goal of achieving sales growth in your assigned territory. Develop and apply business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor and clinical expertise to position the company favorably within your territory to maximize sales results. Deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs. Plan and organize speaker, display and special programs. Utilize creative sales strategies to successfully reach physicians and accounts. Develop and implement effective business plans with strategies to maximize opportunities within your territory. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
What your background should be
- Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales experience, along with a proven track record demonstrating top sales performance and achievements. Additional requirements include a strong work ethic, with the ability to collaborate within a team environment, along with a pro-active, can-do approach and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. The successful candidate will have a valid driving license and will reside in the Columbus or Cincinnati area. Overnight travel will be required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
