Client Services-End User Experience Manager

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the development and implementation of a continuous improvement process to help and correct IT related issues identified. Help instill a culture in IT to ensure complete involvement of client services and the focus on end user experience for all IT related projects. Develop end user delivery road map, looking for opportunities for new services to improve support, collaboration, and introduction on new end use technologies. Collect, build and post relevant client service guidelines and self-help guidelines into a client services portal. Identify end user experience opportunities in service now, and other platforms for providing end user deliverables. Develop and own monthly operational reporting by client services. Provide sponsorship for key client services related projects. Work closely with other IT groups to proactively identify and resolve issues that affect the end-user experience. Support any other improvement efforts as directed by the director for CS.

What your background should be

Direct staff management experience as well as experience on managing in a matrixes environment. Strong communication skills including written and verbal. Must be able to develop targeted communications to different audiences.
