Client Service Advisor

What you'll be doing

The incumbent of this position will serve as a client service advisor. The candidate will respond to telephone, email inquiries, and complaints from plan sponsors and participants regarding plan provisions and service capabilities. S/he will tailor communication to fit the audience while still maintaining professional demeanor; proactively evaluate concerns, requests, and problems. The individual will follow up with appropriate personnel for timely response on items requiring research. This position will review and provide response to clients on items requiring research; make outbound client calls as directed by the manager. The individual will proactively make outbound contact with clients to foster a satisfactory client service environment and perception. The candidate will perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

A minimum of three years customer service experience is required. Experience in lieu of degree preferred. Knowledge of the 401(k) industry experience is preferred.
