What you'll be doing

Monitor and track daily FMLA certifications and disability forms. Develop/update disability related training and educational materials. Implementing surgical continuous FMLA guidelines and reinforcing intermittent FMLA work already in progress. Assist the DMR team with data collection and reporting. Provide support during training sessions on the ARx tool. Participate in creating content for educational and training materials. Perform office related duties such as photocopying, scanning, taking messages. Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Prepare various documents and related reports. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Strong computer application skills including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics. Experienced creating presentations and communication materials. Basic word processing skills. Demonstrate discretion, integrity and a congenial personality. Ability to work independently or in a group setting.

Required Schooling / Training

High school degree.
