What you'll be doing

This position report to the senior manager of inside sales acquisition and support three brand that operate in the east region. Manage quality and training process for multi brand strategy including creating training deck, updating existing content, and ensuring high quality and compliant sales activity. Develop strong relationship with external vendor to achieve business objective. Drive performance based incentive program to motivate team and achieve cost to acquire target. Assist with architecture and deployment of channel infrastructure in conjunction with technology and operation. Create sales scripting, FAQs, training material, reporting format, sales tool and vendor start up requirement. Monitor and score sales interaction within multiple quality monitoring tools and provide real time feedback to agent at vendor location in conjunction with team supervisor and management. Own quality scoring tool including editing existing form, creating agent and team dashboard, and all related task. Travel to vendor to conduct training and coaching for new hire, new project, and initiative. Conduct weekly call calibration with vendor quality team to ensure parallel measurement. Track and report agent trend to improve customer satisfaction and sales result.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Ability to effectively work with peers. Able to convey knowledge of product and strategy to team member. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office program. Permitted by law and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, candidate are subject to periodic random drug testing, and post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
