What you'll be doing

Work with the executive director of grants, govt. Relations & compliance to identify foundation and government grants opportunities for proposals; work collaboratively to track and send acknowledgements. Manage the writing and development of comprehensive campaign print and electronic collateral materials and coordinate their design and production with the marketing and communications staff. Manage cultivation and recognition events, and the rededication ceremonies; help identify, recruit and manage campaign volunteers; schedule and support campaign leadership meetings; manage the comprehensive campaign fundraising budget in concert with the senior director of advancement; ensure that data related to prospects and donors is recorded and tracked in electronic and hard copy files; manage campaign record keeping, evaluate progress towards goals, prepare periodic reports on fundraising to be presented to the board and senior staff; recommend revisions to the fundraising plan, as needed, to meet goals. Ensure donor acknowledgement, stewardship and public recognition, as appropriate; participation in solicitations as appropriate. Attending provided, necessary training and other meetings to support effectiveness within the position as required. Maintain high regard for the confidentiality of donor-related information, as well as student privacy in accordance with the FERPA privacy policies and procedures. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
