Call Center Representative/Scheduler

What you'll be doing

The client company is currently looking for a call center representative/scheduler. This successful scheduler will confirm scheduled patient appointments daily call and reschedule missed appointments. The candidate will call health management organizations to arrange new patient appointments. Check voicemail frequently (every 15 minutes); log messages accurately. Respond to voicemail messages within 1-hour of receipt. Document all appointments completely and correctly. Verify insurance/Medicaid eligibility. Respond professionally to patient questions and issues. Follow phone scripts when applicable.
