What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will respond incoming calls with a positive tone and genuine warmth regarding the legal services to the customers. Call Center Representative will be responsible for maintaining the office calendar of attorneys and using discretion on ensuring their schedule is utilized efficiently, not overbooking or booking on days attorneys have requested remain open. It is the role of the Call Center Representative to work with the Communications Supervisor on ideas to improve processes in communications techniques of the organization. The position holder will collect, arrange and enter data into legal software.
