Call Center Representative

What you'll be doing
- The Call Center Associate will execute a variety of functions related to all phases of call center operations and loan servicing including, to taking customer telephone calls related to loan and mortgage products, conducting referral opportunities, cross-selling additional products and services, outbound calls, follow up, research and problem solving, email and administrative functions and presenting meetings, trainings and coaching sessions. She/he will serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database. The successful candidate will resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

- 1 year call center experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
