What you'll be doing
- The Call Center Associate is to be the primary point of contact for customers via telephone, setting the stage for a positive and supportive experience with the company, offering high quality client service to both internal and external customer. The ideal candidate will be liable for educating patients on scheduling, fees and services provided; track and provide department with feedback regarding patients requests, site fees etc. It is the duty of the Call Center representative to make a time table for patient appointments using computer software in an accurate manner. Moreover she/he will answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, and providing information.
