What you'll be doing
- Call Center Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong member relations through telephone-based member service, serving as an information source for members, and assisting with answers about credit union services. The ideal candidate will identify member needs and cross service products that would be beneficial to the member and the credit union. She/he will offer members with general account information and credit union products. In addition, Call Center Representative will Provide superior and quality member service while adhering to United organization's quality service standards, policies and procedures.

- 1 year of call center experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
