What you'll be doing
- Call Center Manager's duties may involve to supervise, administer, handle, and coordinate the activities of the call center agents in assisting member and provider related services; select and develop staff, setting performance needs and standards and evaluating performance. It is the task of the Call Center Manager to establish correct recorded announcement menus and phone tree options, and make changes, monitor random inbound calls to promote company's standards, decrease deficiencies, and track agent performance. The person is expected to respond all phone calls, answer the questions and recommend corrective services to resolve customer complaints.

- 5 or more years of call center management experience
