What you'll be doing

CAFM solution by assisting the CAFM program manager, the space management, facilities operations, and real estate and workplace strategy teams, and the IT partner responsible for supporting the global CAFM program. Daily database management, system administration, program reporting and enhancements, day-to-day data integrity, new user training, space modifications, process material development, and general support. Make day-to-day space change updates communicated by global office managers. Ensure data accuracy from global office managers, like new users, passwords, access rights, and new views. Assist in developing training materials and modules, train new users as needed develop and manage process documentation, manage database daily, including running data connectors, new hires, terms, etc. Assist in performing regularly scheduled occupancy and capacity. Assist with space utilization reporting enhancements and data verification create a streamlined reporting package using ARCHIBUS.

What your background should be

3+ years of experience working with CAFM or IWMS applications like ARCHIBUS. 2-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, facility management, or related architectural or construction industry. Hands on understanding of AutoCAD.
