What you'll be doing

Greet guests with smile and positive attitude. Clear, clean and re-set tables as needed. Stock and maintain side stations, condiments, silverware and china on an hourly or as needed basis. Clear soiled dishes, separate at dish station and transport to dishwashing area. Maintain floors in guest areas and service station, including clean-up of spills and mopping wet floors, throughout shift. Assist in general cleaning and maintenance of dining room. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What your background should be

Must be at least 18 years of age. Long periods (up to 8 or more hours) of standing, walking, lifting, stretching, pushing, pulling and bending. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted.
