What you'll be doing

What your background should be

2-3 years of related working experience in IT with demonstrated experience in EDI support/VANs. Understand specifics of order and financial series documents (850, 855, 856, and 810). Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Analytical approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement. Strong communication, follow-up & organizational skills. High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically challenging and dynamic environment. Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently to provide un compromised support of EDI systems and relationships with customers/suppliers. Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical skills; must demonstrate uncompromised attention to detail. Problem ticketing, incident management, and issue escalation experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
