Business & Planning Analyst

What you'll be doing
- Develop resource forecasts, cost performance measurement baselines, and estimates at completion (EACS). Collect, analyze and review quantitative data (from multiple sources) to report financial performance with root cause variance analysis to senior management. Provide analytical support, recommendation, and business case development to management for strategic and tactical decision-making. Assist with continuous development and implementation of projects that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability. Perform other task as assigned.
What your background should be
- Six or more years of related work experience. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros) and proficiency with PowerPoint. Must have ability and understand how to organize and analyze large quantities of data and present summary information to leaders. Proven ability to handle competing priorities while providing levelheaded decision making during unexpected events. Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing reports and analyses that are timely, accurate, and actionable.
