What you'll be doing

The selected candidate will be assisting in the development of department budget and maintain cost within the allocated budgeted. Support department heads for assisting in achieving the targets and organizing the services for the residents. Handle all correspondence, sort mails, record and route the mail to the relevant persons. Receieve calls and visitiros and answer them with right information. Keep record of vendor statement and invoices and follow up for the payment. Enroll and record employee benefits plans and maintain the quality standard for the community. Conduct new employee orientation, do paper work maintain files and retrieve information. Work for the worker compensions under the labour laws

2-3 Years of relevnt experience
